Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how mcc77 ("we", "us", "our", or "the Platform"), operated at https://mcc77.cam, collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects the personal information of users ("you", "your", or "User") who access or use the mcc77 online betting and gaming platform.

mcc77 is committed to handling your personal data responsibly and in accordance with internationally recognized data protection principles. This Policy applies to all services provided through the mcc77 platform, including the sportsbook, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, slot games, and all associated account management and payment functions.

By registering an account on mcc77 or by continuing to use the platform after this Policy has been updated, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described herein. If you do not agree with this Policy, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

mcc77 collects the following categories of personal data in the course of operating the platform and maintaining your account:

mcc77 does not knowingly collect sensitive personal data such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health information, or biometric data, except where explicitly required for identity verification and consented to by you.

mcc77 collects your personal data through the following means:

• Direct interactions: Data you provide when registering your account, completing KYC verification, making a deposit or withdrawal request, contacting support, or submitting feedback.
• Automated technologies: Technical and usage data collected automatically through cookies, server logs, and similar tracking technologies when you access and navigate the mcc77 platform.
• Third-party sources: Data received from identity verification partners, payment processors (including local Indonesian banks and e-wallet providers), and fraud prevention services where applicable to verify your identity or validate transactions.
• Publicly available sources: In limited circumstances, mcc77 may supplement account information with data available from public records where this is necessary for compliance purposes.

mcc77 uses your personal data for the following purposes:

• Account management: Creating, maintaining, and administering your mcc77 account, including processing your registration, verifying your identity, and managing account security.
• Transaction processing: Facilitating deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and Bank Permata, and withdrawals to your verified payment method; crediting winnings and bonuses; processing refunds where applicable.
• Platform operations: Delivering the betting and gaming services you use — including sportsbook markets, live casino tables, togel draws, and slot titles — and ensuring the integrity of all game outcomes and settlements.
• Legal and regulatory compliance: Fulfilling our obligations under applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, know-your-customer (KYC) requirements, and responsible gaming standards, including age verification (21+) and monitoring for problem gambling indicators.
• Security and fraud prevention: Detecting, investigating, and preventing fraudulent transactions, unauthorized account access, bonus abuse, and other prohibited activities that may harm mcc77 or its users.
• Customer support: Responding to your inquiries, resolving disputes, processing complaints, and providing technical assistance through our 24/7 support team.
• Responsible gaming: Monitoring your usage patterns to identify signs of problem gambling behavior, enforcing self-exclusion requests, and administering deposit limits and time-out periods where requested.
• Marketing communications: Sending you promotional offers, bonus notifications, and platform updates where you have consented to receive such communications. You may withdraw this consent at any time.
• Platform improvement: Analyzing aggregated usage data to improve the performance, design, and feature set of the mcc77 platform. Aggregated data used for this purpose does not identify individual users.

mcc77 processes your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Contractual necessity: Processing required to perform our obligations under the Terms & Conditions you agreed to upon registration — including account creation, transaction processing, and delivery of gaming services.
• Legal obligation: Processing necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including AML and KYC obligations, responsible gaming mandates, and any lawful request from a competent authority.
• Legitimate interests: Processing carried out for mcc77's legitimate business interests — such as fraud detection, platform security, and service improvement — where those interests are not overridden by your fundamental rights and freedoms.
• Consent: Processing based on your freely given, specific, and informed consent — primarily for marketing communications. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

mcc77 does not sell or rent your personal data to any third party. We may share your data with the following categories of recipients only to the extent necessary for the purposes described in this Policy:

• Payment processors and banking partners: Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata) and e-wallet providers (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) to process your deposits and withdrawals. These partners receive only the minimum data required to execute your transaction.
• Identity verification providers: Third-party KYC and AML service providers engaged to verify your identity documents and screen against sanctions and watchlists. These providers are contractually bound to handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection standards.
• Game content providers: Licensed game studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — may receive anonymized session and technical data necessary to deliver their games on the mcc77 platform. No directly identifiable personal data is shared with game studios.
• IT infrastructure and security providers: Cloud hosting, content delivery, and cybersecurity service providers who support the operation of the mcc77 platform under strict data processing agreements.
• Law enforcement and regulatory authorities: Where mcc77 is legally required to disclose personal data in response to a lawful request from a government authority, court order, or regulatory body. mcc77 will notify you of any such disclosure where permitted by law.
• Fraud prevention networks: Industry fraud prevention databases where sharing is necessary to protect the platform and its users from identified fraudulent activity.

mcc77 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the platform, enhance user experience, and collect technical and usage data. The following types of cookies are used:

You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Please note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will impair platform functionality and may prevent you from accessing certain features. Disabling performance or marketing cookies will not affect your ability to use the core platform services.

mcc77 retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, and for so long as required to comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations. The following general retention periods apply:

• Active account data: Retained for the duration of your account's active status plus a minimum period of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with AML record-keeping requirements.
• Transaction records: Financial transaction data is retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction to satisfy AML and tax record-keeping obligations.
• KYC documentation: Identity verification documents are retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure or the date of last transaction, whichever is later.
• Customer support records: Support correspondence and chat transcripts are retained for up to two (2) years from the date of the interaction, unless the matter is subject to an ongoing dispute or legal proceeding.
• Marketing preference records: Consent and opt-out records are retained for the duration of your account relationship and for three (3) years thereafter to demonstrate compliance with applicable marketing regulations.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in a manner that prevents reconstruction of the original data. Where data is anonymized rather than deleted, it may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.

mcc77 implements a comprehensive set of technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Key security measures include:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption applied to all data in transit between your device and mcc77's servers.
• AES-256 encryption at rest for all stored personal and financial data on mcc77's infrastructure.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) available for all registered accounts, strongly recommended for all users.
• Role-based access controls (RBAC) ensuring that internal staff can only access personal data on a strict need-to-know basis, commensurate with their role.
• Regular penetration testing and independent security audits conducted by qualified third-party security professionals.
• Intrusion detection systems (IDS) and real-time monitoring for anomalous access patterns and potential data breaches.
• Data breach response protocols including notification procedures to affected users and relevant authorities where a breach meets the applicable reporting threshold.

While mcc77 employs rigorous security measures, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. You play an important role in keeping your account secure by using a strong, unique password, enabling 2FA, and notifying mcc77 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Subject to applicable law, you have the following rights regarding your personal data held by mcc77:

• Right of access: You may request a copy of the personal data mcc77 holds about you, along with information about how it is processed.
• Right to rectification: You may request that inaccurate or incomplete personal data held about you be corrected or updated. You may also update certain account details directly through your account dashboard.
• Right to erasure: You may request the deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to our legal obligation to retain certain records.
• Right to restrict processing: In certain circumstances, you may request that we limit the processing of your personal data — for example, while a dispute regarding accuracy is being resolved.
• Right to data portability: You may request that personal data you have provided to mcc77 be provided to you in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
• Right to withdraw consent: Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
• Right to object: You may object to processing carried out on the basis of mcc77's legitimate interests, including direct marketing. We will cease such processing unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact our support team at [email protected]. We will respond to your request within thirty (30) days. In some cases, we may require you to verify your identity before processing your request.

mcc77 applies mandatory age verification as part of the KYC process to prevent underage access to the platform. Where mcc77 discovers or reasonably suspects that personal data has been collected from an individual who is under 21 years of age, the associated account will be immediately suspended, all balances will be frozen pending investigation, and the data will be deleted in accordance with our retention obligations.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has registered an account on mcc77, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected] so that we can take prompt corrective action.

The mcc77 platform incorporates third-party services — including game content from studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — to deliver its full range of products. These third-party providers operate under their own privacy policies and data handling practices, which are independent of this Policy.

mcc77 takes reasonable steps to ensure that all third-party partners engaged in the processing of user data maintain data protection standards consistent with those applied by mcc77. However, mcc77 is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third-party providers that operate outside the scope of their engagement with mcc77.

The mcc77 platform does not contain links to external third-party websites. Should any such links appear in the future, this Policy will be updated to reflect the applicable disclosures. Users who navigate to external sites do so at their own risk and are subject to the privacy policies of those sites.

mcc77 reserves the right to update or revise this Privacy Policy at any time. Where a material change is made to this Policy — for example, a change in the categories of data we collect, the purposes for which data is used, or the third parties with whom it is shared — mcc77 will notify registered users via email or through an in-platform notification prior to the change taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. Your continued use of the mcc77 platform following publication of an updated Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
