In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an account on mcc77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the date of registration.
• You are accessing the platform from within the territory of Indonesia or another jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by mcc77 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of a current employee or contractor of mcc77 or any affiliated entity.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

mcc77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending review.

Each User may register and maintain only one (1) active account on mcc77. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Indonesian national identity number (NIK from your KTP) or passport number, active mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update your account details promptly if any information changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your sole responsibility. mcc77 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard your login details. You must notify mcc77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

mcc77 reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close any existing account at its sole discretion, with or without providing a reason, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms or any applicable law.

4.1 Deposits. mcc77 accepts deposits via the following methods: bank transfer through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and Bank Permata; and electronic wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Deposits made during standard Indonesian banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–21:00 WIB) are typically credited within five (5) minutes. Off-hours deposits may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to reflect in your account balance.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. mcc77 targets a processing time of under thirty (30) minutes for verified accounts during peak banking hours. Processing times may be longer during public holidays, system maintenance windows, or periods of high transaction volume.

4.3 Verification Prior to Withdrawal. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. mcc77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including but not limited to a copy of your KTP or passport, a recent bank statement, or a screenshot of your registered e-wallet — before releasing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted by unverified accounts will be placed on hold pending successful completion of the KYC process.

4.4 Third-Party Transfers. Deposits from and withdrawals to third-party accounts — i.e., accounts not registered in your own name — are strictly prohibited. Any transaction identified as originating from or directed to a third-party account will be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.5 Transaction Limits. mcc77 may apply daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and withdrawal limits at its discretion. Applicable limits are communicated within the account dashboard. VIP members may be eligible for elevated limits subject to account tier and verification status.

5.1 General. mcc77 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible Users. Each promotional offer is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses credited to your account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion description. Bonus funds that remain in your account after the stated expiry period, or after the maximum permitted bonus period has elapsed without the wagering requirement being met, will be forfeited automatically.

5.3 Eligibility. 5.4 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or circumvent the bonus system — including but not limited to placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, hedging bonus bets to reduce risk, or systematically withdrawing bonus winnings without genuine play — constitutes bonus abuse. mcc77 may void any winnings derived from abusive bonus activity and close the associated account without notice.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on mcc77 — including sportsbook wagers, mix parlay (accumulator) bets, voor bola (Asian handicap) markets, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, live casino rounds, and slot game spins — are subject to confirmation by mcc77's system. A bet is only considered accepted and binding once a confirmation reference number has been issued by the platform. Bets that have not received a confirmation reference are not valid.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bet types and game categories. These limits are displayed within the respective game or market interface. mcc77 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice, including applying individual account-level stake restrictions where warranted.

6.3 Obvious Errors. In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to a clearly incorrect price, mispriced market, system malfunction, or data feed error — mcc77 reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the original stake. The determination of whether an error has occurred rests solely with mcc77.

6.4 Results and Settlements. All sportsbook markets are settled in accordance with official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, PSSI, AFF). Live match scores are for informational purposes only; the official result as declared by the competition organizer governs settlement. 9.2 mcc77's total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

9.3 mcc77 is not liable for losses arising from: (a) platform downtime due to scheduled maintenance, server failure, or force majeure events; (b) delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by the banking or e-wallet infrastructure of BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja; (c) incorrect account details provided by the User; or (d) events beyond mcc77's reasonable control.

mcc77 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. mcc77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Your continued use of the mcc77 platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.
